This is a notification of a Sole Source Justification for Certain Commercial Items. 502 Civil Engineering Squadron (502 CES) required an immediate rental of a 60-ton chiller and generator to cool a COVID-19 vaccination site located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston (FSH), TX. This requirement is in direct support of providing the COVID vaccinations immediately and thus determined to be urgent IAW FAR 13.501(a)(ii) and 41 USC 1901. In response to COVID vaccination requirements, this procurement is to establish an order for immediate rental of a 60 ton chiller and generator which is to be delivered and installed for use in 48-hours.
