This modification will also include the need to extend the Period of Performance in order to allow the necessary time the contractor requires to replace the hinges on these doors. This is a sole source requirement for the replacement of door hinges to all dorm room doors located in Bldg. 1475 at Joint Base San Antonio San Antonio (JBSA), Fort Sam Houston, TX. This is for the purchase of a quantity of 600 (3-per unit) 57YM 4.5 x4.5 Commercial Grade Door Hinges. See Single Source Justification under Attachments.
