The NAICS code is 237310 and the Size Standard is $15.0M. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM), contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. SOLICITATION NUMBER: FA301621B0002 Correct flooding issues at several building locations by tying down the downspouts directly into the existing storm sewer network, and with the additional repair of eroded areas near each of the catch basins, to ensure drainage moves away from the various buildings. Perform design engineering, calculations and provide drawings to connect the roof drain downspouts of B.1469, B1475, B3314 directly to the storm drainage systems in a particular location. Connect the roof drain downspouts directly to the storm drain piping will require excavating and installation of a drainage pipe system. Provide appropriate channel drains drainage system with galvanized steel grate top cover to address the flooding in front of B.3312 & B 3314 at the concrete sidewalk adjacent to the training court. Repair the eroded areas near each catch basin, conduct topographic surveys to record the existing elevations and specify new elevations of each catch basin as well as the amount of soil required to be filled for sloping area for drainage. Investigate & repair existence of the current sewer leak. The location of work will be on Joint Base San Antonio- Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The 502D Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio Texas intends to award a contract with a 242 calendar day period of performance. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. 1.
