The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify potential contractors that are able to provide services for the expeditious repair of hot water boxes on the cooling tower at JBSA Fort Sam Houston. These towers provide climate control for the entire building. Proper climate is needed to maintain specialized equipment needed to support the mission at this location. The Government is requesting industry to complete the attached RFI document, provide feedback to the questions listed in the RFI and provide a brief capabilities statement to include current and past performance similar to the scope and magnitude of the Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. The Government does not desire elaborate documents. Any pricing provided will not be considered. All information provided in response to this Request for Information (RFI) is strictly voluntary.
