Please see the supporting attachments provided within this post for additional information. 1) RFQ - FA301620U0230 Pesticides 2) RFQ Attachment 1) Performance Work Statement (PWS) 3) RFQ Attachment 2) Wage Determination 2015-5253 Rev 11 4) RFQ Attachment 3) AFPMB Pesticide Listing Jun 2020 Description: This requirement is to provide a broadcast spray of pesticide, herbicide and insecticide at Joint Base San Antonio Randolph (JBSA RAN), the purpose of which is to mitigate to the maximum extent possible the risk of bird aircraft strike hazards (BASH), by the selection of a monoculture of a native grass species or a natural mix of grass species that are not bird food attractants. All work shall be performed in accordance with industry and commercial practices, using commercial/industry standard products, equipment, materials, supplies and tools.
