The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is FA301620U0259. This acquisition is set-aside solely for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the NAICS code 315990 and the size standard 500 employees under the SDVOSB Program. Only quotes submitted by SDVOSB concerns under the NAICS code 315990 and the size standard of 500 employees will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a SDVOSB concern will not be considered for award. **16 September 2020 Notice Update** This notice is updated effective 16Sep20 to reflect RFQ Amendment 01. The purpose of RFQ Amendment 01 is to post industry generated questions and answers and to edit the RFQ to incorporate FAR 52.219-33, Nonmanufacturer Rule (Mar 2020), as an applicable clause.
