The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation date through 9/11/2020 (Friday) at 12PM CST, and to post the questions that were received timely and answers/responses to those quesions (refer to document QAs_8Sep2020). ================================================ This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under NACIS 561790 The Contractor shall provide non personal services for all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to provide cleaning of the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC) Parking Garage. Services shall be performed at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston in a manner that will restore a satisfactory facility/structure condition that presents a clean appearance. The contractor shall provide all materials, solutions and equipment to accomplish all cleaning tasks outlined in this SOW noted in the RFQ attached. Approximate sqaure footage is 1,805,400 for a 6-leval parking garage and includes 9 stairwells. Please refer to the attached RFQ for full details.
