The 502d Contracting Squadron at JBSA Lackland Tx has a requirement for a Barbershop Concessionaire for JBSA Randolph in accordance with the attached Statement of Work This solicitation shall constitute the only announcement of this requirement. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. A Concessionaire Contract is contemplated. The FAR, DoD Supplements (DFARS), and Air Force FAR Supplements (AFFARS) do not apply to NonAppropriated Funds (NAF) procurement, except as required by AFMAN 64-302 and AFI 64-301. Only those clauses required by law or otherwise stated in AFMAN 64- 302 shall be mandatory. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 812111, and the standard size is $8M.
