This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. A separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05 and DFARS change notice 20200324. This is a notice that this purchase order is a 100% total set-aside for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns. Only quotes submitted by WOSB concerns holding NAICS Code 493110 with a size standard of $30M will be accepted by the Government. Any quote submitted by a contractor that is not a WOSB concern will not be considered for award. The NAICS code is 493110, General Warehousing and Storage. The PSC is N099, Installation of Equipment - Miscellaneous. The size standard is $30M. This requirement is for the installation of Vertical Lift Module Storage Systems, as indicated in the Statement of Work, dated 19 June 2020 (Attachment 1).
