All submission are due no later than 7 July 2020. Other places of Performances besides The Netherlands include: Germany, Poland, and Hungary. All questions are due no later than 23 June 2020. Questions received after this date will not be addressed. All solicitations, technical volume II, price list, and past performance are due no later than 7 July 2020. All vendors who have a current blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with this office are not required to submit information on Technical Evaluation Subfactor 1: Testing Evaluation Site Requirements as outlined in Addedum to FAR 52.212-1. If your company does not have a current BPA with this office, you must follow instructions in Addendum to 52.212-1 Subfactor 1 and submit Technical/Evaluation site requirements as addressed in this solicitation for Technical Volume II. All vendors (this includes current BPA holders with this office) must submit Technical Volume II on Subfactor 2: Comprehension of Canine Classification in accordance with Addendum 52.212-1 and attached Statement of Work. This must must be addressed by every vendor, who submits a quote. Vendors who do not submit Technical Volume II, Subfactor 2, may be determined ineligible for award. All vendors must complete Attachment 3 Price List. Vendors are not required to quote a price on all line items. Vendors may quote on line items in which they would like to offer those military working dogs in accordance with Attachment 3 Price List. All vendors are required to submit past performance information on Attachment 4 of this solicitation.
