The purpose of this sources sought is to query the market for potential interested, capable, responsible and qualified/ sources that can provide ProHeart® 12 (moxidectin) Injectable Heartworm Prevention, or an equivalent INJECTABLE 12-month heartworm prevention, for the Military Working Dog Program. Please also provide: - Company Name -Cage Code -DUNS and - Point of contact information (Name, Phone Number and Email). Interested contractors shall clearly demonstrate they are an authorized seller of the noted brand item -OR- clearly demonstrate they are a manufacturer or authorized seller of an equivalent item. Contractor(s) stating capability to offer an equivalent item must identify that the equivalent item is an INJECTABLE 12-month heartworm prevention medication for dogs and provide the Manufacturer and name of the equivalent item offered. Any information provide that does not demonstrate this capability will not be considered/reviewed. Respondent(s) will not be notified of the results of the information received. The Contracting Officer will utilize the information for market research purposes. All proprietary information not to be dissimenated in Government documents must be clearly marked/identified. Since this is a sources sought announcement only, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to participants. This sources sought is issued to determine the planning and acquisition strategy based on responses indicating and clearly demonstrating capability in response to this requirement.
