This is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. Please refer to the Solicitation, PWS and attachments for full details of the requirement. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that environmental consulting-hazardous materials survey services are performed at Building Nos. 10650 & 10802, JBSA Lackland, Texas in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition. Hazardous materials survey tasks performed shall be in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and shall follow the procedures outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). By submitting a quote, the contractor fully concedes capability of fulfilling the requiement at the price quoted, in full and in accordance with this RFQ, PWS and all other attachments. Interested contractors shall submit quotes to alexandra.perez.3@us.af.mil and heather.soresnen@us.af.mil by the due date noted in the solicitation. Questions and concerns are due no later than 10 April 2020 by 5PM CST. Untimely responses will not be considered or answered.
