The 502d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, (JBSA-Randolph) TX, 78150, is conducting market research to determine industry capability to provide a custom cabinet as shown in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2. The 59th Medical Wing, located at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC), JBSA-Lackland, TX, requires the custom stand-alone cabinet to store and preserve historical items. The existing glass walls in the facility do not allow for any mounting of the cabinet. See Attachment 3 for the picture of the existing glass walls. This Sources Sought is not a request for quote or proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary, thus any costs incurred during the preparation and submission process are non-reimbursable. The primary purpose of the notice is to identify the interest, capability, and socio-economic status, relative to the anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 337215, Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing, with a Small Business (SB) size standard of 500 Employees, of individuals or companies that believe they can fulfill this requirement. Submissions should include full company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE Code, and Point(s) of Contact with name, phone number, and e-mail. Provide business size (large or small as corresponds to NAICS 337215) and if small, include any applicable sub-categories for example: 8(a), Veteran or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned SB, Woman, or Economically Disadvantaged-Woman-Owned SB, or HUBZone SB.
