The 502d Contracting Squadron (CONS), 395 B Street W, Bldg. 224, Ste.2, Randolph AFB, TX. 78150, is issuing this Combined Synopsis Solicitation seeking a Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of the 59th Medical Specialty Squadron, Diabetes Center of Excellence (DCoE), JBSA - Lackland, TX. The SME will support the DSMES Program via the Veterans' Affairs Virtual Medical Center (VAVMC) System by Recruiting, Training, and Mentoring DoD and VA Providers as Faculty/Facilitators. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation.
