Repair Lewis Valley Road (Project No. CYRB130005, approximately 12,144 linear feet) and Lewis Valley Trail (Project No. CYRB170018, approximately 28,196 linear feet). These projects will include the following: - Geotechnical borings and logs - Topographic surveying and construction layout surveying - Development of complete Professional Engineer designed construction plans - Development and implementation of a Traffic Control Plan - Demolition and disposal of existing 24ft wide pavement and base course down to the top of the proposed lime stabilized subgrade, approximately 14 inches below top of existing pavement - Demolition of 24 inch storm water culverts and headwalls - Construction of 24 inch HDPE storm water culverts and TxDOT Safety End Treatment (SET) with pole mounted reflectors - Lime stabilization of 6 inches thick, 24 foot wide subgrade - Construction of new 24 foot wide and 6.0 inch thick flexible base course with TxDOT A2 base material - Construction of 24 foot wide TxDOT Type "C" hot mix asphaltic concrete surface course, 2.5 inches thick, constructed in one layer The location of the work will be on JBSA- Camp Bullis, TX.
