UPDATE 12 Jun 20 The purpose of this Contract Opportunity Update is to: a. attach updated Question & Answers (dated 12 Jun 20) documentation; and b. no further questions will be accepted or considered. -------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 10 Jun 20 The purpose of this Contract Opportunity Update is to: a. extend the Solicitation response date to 16 June 2020, Tuesday, at 12:00 p.m. CST (refer to attached amendment FA301620R0037 0002); b. extend Questions due date to 12 June 2020, Friday, at 12:00 p.m. CST. No further questions will be accepted or considered after the questions extended due date/time or after posting responses to questions received; c. attach updated Question & Answers (dated 10 Jun 20) documentation; and d. re-emphasize IAW Addendum to 52.212-1, interested contractors must provide a signed copy of the amendment. -------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 9 Jun 20 The purpose of this Contract Opportunity Update is: a. to clarify Question #5 response in Q&A: Based on historical data, the estimated 30 days to phase-in is sufficient; however, the Government intends to make award 60 days prior to full performance start date and 30 days prior to "Phase In" period; b. to provide the conformed (amended) copy of the Solicitation Amendment - FA301620R00370001 so offerors can complete the Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section of the RFP" with the updated quantities IAW Addendum to 52.212-1; and c. emphasize IAW Addendum to 52.212-1, interested contractors must provide a signed copy of the amendment. -------------------------------------------------------------------- AMENDMENT FA301620R00370001: An amendment has been implemented for solicitation corrections (please refer to Attachment titled Solicitation Amendment FA301620R00370001), and to upload the questions and answers documentation. Please note that this solicitation/amendment has been extended to 12 June 2020 at 5:00PM CST as noted in the amendment. Offerors shall acknowledge both the original solicitation and the amendment in their proposals. -------------------------------------------------------------------- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform installation-wide Municipal Solid Waste Management (MSWM) collection/disposal to include asbestos disposal service specific to Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland (LAK) only (defined in attached PWS). Municipal Solid Waste Management collection services at JBSA installations include Lackland (LAK), Randolph (RND), Fort Sam Houston (FSH), Camp Bullis (CB), Canyon Lake military recreational areas and Seguin Airfield in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, standards, instructions, commercial practices or international agreements. Estimated workloads are found in Appendix A, Table A-1 and collection areas are in Appendix A, Tables A-2-1 through A-2-4, A-3-1 through A-3-4, A-4, and A-5-1 through A-5-2. NOTE: There will be a Site Visit on 19 May 2020. Please see the attached Solicitation, Section L for instructions to attend. The purpose of this Amendment is to update the Solicitation only.
