This is a new requirement, therefore, there are no incumbent employees. The objective of this requirement is to provide instruction on specialized medical equipment and emergency-care scenarios in the deployed environment to enhance individual and collective team readiness. The courses are structured to provide instruction to military healthcare professional personnel. This training includes current tactics, techniques, and procedures enhanced by contractor personnel (CP) knowledge in a simulated deployed medical environment. The CP enhance the experience by instructing the students and providing guidance on overcoming medical challenges with limited resources often present at a deployed military treatment facility (MTF). The instructors will utilize scenarios to assess student response and reaction and provide guidance on efficient and effective solutions.
