Request for Proposal FA301620R0015 This requirement is for a Non-Complex Construction (NC2) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for military facilities at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas, including Lackland, Ft. Sam Houston, Randolph, Camp Bullis, Canyon Lake, Seguin Auxiliary Field, Medina Annex (Chapman Annex), Port Annex, Kelly Field Annex, Medical Center Annex and Grayson Street Annex. Task Orders (TO) will be in support of real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction across all of Joint Base San Antonio. Amendment 1: The Purpose of This Amendment Is: 1. Extend the proposal submission date FROM: 2:00 PM CST 17 April 2020 TO: 2:00 PM CST 1 May 2020. 2. Reschedule preproposal conference date FROM: 0930-1000 CST 31 March 2020 TO: 0930-1000 CST 14 April 2020. 3. Reschedule the site visit FROM: 1000-1100 CST 31 March 2020 TO: 1000-1100 CST 14 April 2020. 4. Extend the base pass submission date FROM: 23 March 2020 at 2:00 PM CST TO: 7 April 2020 at 2:00 PM CST. 5. Incorporate revised Section L, dated 21 March 2020. See paragraph 1.6 for revised information. Amendment 2: The Purpose of This Amendment Is: 1. Change the means of holding the preproposal conference. The preproposal conference will be held electronically only. 2. Change the site visit date and method FROM: Physical attendance on 14 Apr 2020 from 1000-1100 CST TO: A virtual site visit will be held. An unlisted YouTube hyperlink (must use hyperlink to access video in YouTube) with access to the virtual site visit footage will be accessible on 2 April 2020 and will be made available in beta.sam.gov. 3. Incorporate revised Sections L and M, dated 31 March 2020. See Sections 1.6, 1.8 and 3.1.1 in Section L (Attachment 11). See Section 3.3, Step 7 in Section M (Attachment 12).
