This combined synopsis and solicitation is for a non-personal services, firm fixed price (FFP) contract to convert a Walk-In Refer Unit to a Freezer Unit at Building 860, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to: a. Remove and properly dispose of the existing Walk-In Refer equipment in Building 860. b. Replace with a new Freezer Unit that meets the customer’s salient characteristics inside Building 860.
