This is a request for quotation IAW FAR Parts 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The 502d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX has a single source requirement to repair an OMAX Waterjet Model #80160. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, labor, supplies, materials, and supervision required to troubleshoot and repair the machine. The repair includes performing all adjustments and alignment procedures on the machine after the removal and replacement of both X-Axis Ball Screws and bearings. Upon completion of repairs, testing will be required to verify the function, accuracy and repeatability of the machine. A Single Source Justification has been attached to this RFQ.
