The 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, TX office is conducting a market survey to determine the capability and availability of all potential sources to provide in accordance DFARS 236.272 and with industry standards and the attached draft Statement of Objectives (SOO). This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only. It is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Quotation (RFQ) and should not be interpreted as an obligation by the Government to acquire services. Any information received will be used to facilitate decision-making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Summary of Project Scope: Non-personal services to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to expedite one-time contract service to repair or replace the Hydraulic Swivel Assembly (Note) on a 25 Ton Mobile Crane, Reg. # 06D00382. Note: Remove Hydraulic Swivel Assembly, P/N – 80024584, from 25Ton Grove Crane Disassemble Hydraulic Swivel and Inspect internal components Repair or replace damaged or worn components as required (Replace complete assembly if not repairable) Reassemble and Install Hydraulic Swivel Replenish Hydraulic and Coolant Fluids Operate and Test Hydraulic Swivel Preferably, repair or replaced Hydraulic Swivel on Government Site. The work is located at JBSA Randolph, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78150. Additional information may be requested after initial response, from either individual respondents or all respondents. This Sources Sought is the only document that will be published notifying potential offerors of the Government intent of establishing a competitive market base.
