The work includes the complete renovation of 14 restrooms throughout the three-building complex (10904/10902/10900). Renovations will include replacement of plumbing, ventilation and exhaust system, toilets, urinals, toilet dividers (stalls), urinal partitions, faucets, wall covering, flooring and lighting. Restrooms will remain in the current configuration, unless changes are required for ADA compliance. The water pressure should be adjusted to the proper level after installation. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add Attachment 6 As-Built Drawings and to extend the bid due date to 27 July 2020 at 2:00 PM CDT. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate revised Specifications (SOW), dated 17 July 2020 2. Incorporate revised Submittal Register, dated 17 July 2020 3. Incorporate Attachment 7 - Asbestos Report, Dated 23 January 2020 Q&As: A clarified answer to question 11 has been provided. The clarified Q&A document may be found under the attachments section of this posting. Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to change the date and location of the bid opening to 28 July 2020 at 2:00 PM CDT at the JBSA-Lackland Luke Gate Visitor's Center parking lot.
