AMENDMENT 0001- Updated Clause 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) to add correct virtual site visit link AMENDMENT 0002- Please read and acknowledge various changes to solicitation Project Title: Repair IAAFA HVAC for Bldgs. 7353, 7355,7358 Install Dehumidifier for Bldgs. 7355, 7358, and 7353; JBSA -Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. This acquisition is restricted for HUBZone Small Businesses as determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) in accordance with 13 CFR Part 126. The NAICS Code is 238220. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. INSTRUCTIONS: Offeror shall complete the following SF 1442 Sections as part of the offer: Section A. Provide fill-in for the following SF 1442 Blocks: 14, 15, 16 (if different than block 14) 17, 20a, 20b, 20c, and block 19 if amendments have been issued. An authorized official of the firm must sign the SF 1442 block 20b. Section B. Provide Unit Price and Net Amount for each CLIN in section B. Section I. Complete appropriate certifications in all applicable clauses. Section K. Complete all appropriate and applicable Representations and Certifications. NOTE: Only electronic bids will be accepted; please refer to paragraph 1.1 in Section L for POCs for offer submittal. Offeror shall include with their bid a detailed cost proposal package (electronic copies only), in accordance with RS Means format, including any supporting documents. "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." OPTION CLINs The government intends to evaluate proposed price for the Base CLIN inclusive of all option CLINs to determine the Total Evaluated Price (TEP).
