Repair Wilson Way; Project Number JBSF110988- This project begins at the east side if the intersection of Wilson Way and Stanley Rd. It ends at the intersection of Wilson Way and Camp Travis Rd. The approximate length of the centerline of this project is 5,099 linear feet. The width of the road is approximately 36 feet and remains constant throughout the project. The total estimated area to be milled and resurfaced is 20,244 square yards. Traffic shall be allowed to access driveways connected to Wilson Way except when necessary to complete road construction. The Contractor shall replace existing pavement markings with new pavement markings. Pavement striping shall be truck applied. Project is construction only with no design. The location of work will be on Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The 502D Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas intends to award a contract with a 160 calendar day Period of Performance. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract IAW FAR 36.204 is between $250,000 and $500,000. NOTES: The solicitation with the official specifications will be available on or about 31 March 2020, at http://beta.sam.gov, the date for receipt of bids is 30 April 2020. Contractors shall be capable of securing bonding for the total proposed amount. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts.
