Repair Stanley Road; Project Number JBSF170233- This project includes curb and gutter demolition and reconstruction, curb inlet repair, installation of a new precast curb inlet, precast manhole, storm water pipe construction, base and subgrade repair, milling of existing pavement, regrading, filling, and compaction of road base material, 3-inch overlay of Type D, Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, and re-establishment of pavement markings. Project is construction only with no design. The location of work will be on Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The 502D Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas intends to award a single contract with a 200 calendar day period of performance. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract IAW FAR 36.204 is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Notice to Bidders: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."
