Only quotes submitted by small businesses will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business will not be considered for award. Offerors shall submit questions in writing requesting clarification of the RFQ to the procuring Contract Specialist, Stephen Dimitriou, via email at stephen.dimitriou@us.af.mil and CC the Contracting Officer, Mr. Anthony Hill at anthony.hill.26@us.af.mil. The Government will answer questions received up until 14 August 2019 at 4:00 PM Central Time. Responses shall be provided FBO.
