Only quotes submitted by small businesses will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business will not be considered for award. Offerors shall submit questions in writing requesting clarification of the RFQ to the procuring Contract Specialist, Stephen Dimitriou, via email at stephen.dimitriou@us.af.mil and CC the Contracting Officer, Ms. Cathy Garcia, at cathy.garcia@us.af.mil. The Government will answer questions received up until 11 June 2019 at 4:00 PM Central Time. Responses shall be provided via FBO. Questions received after the noted date and time will not be considered. A site visit will be conducted on 4 June 2019 (Tuesday) @ 10:00 AM Central Time at JBSA Randolph,TX. Interested Contractors shall submit a request to attend the site visit no later than 31 May 2019 at 1:00 PM Central Time.Any request submitted after 31 May 2019 at 1:00 P.M.
