This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Virtual Reality (VR) Forklift Simulator (FLS) System prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and solicited in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is FA3016-19-U-0157 and is issued as a Request For Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and DFARS change notice 20161222. This is a BRAND NAME or EQUAL requirement for the Virtual Reality (VR) Forklift Simulator (FLS) System for the 344th Training Squadron (TRS), located at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas. This is a notice that this order is a firm fixed price requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The NAICS code is 333318 and the size standard is 1,000 employees.
