This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-19-U-0105 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 and DFARS change notice 20190215. This purchase is set aside for 100% small business. The NAICS code is 337215 and the size standard is 500 employees for this acquisition. This is a requirement for 62 EA M4 weapon racks and 1 EA machine gun rack as indicated below.
