This acquisition will be set aside 100% for a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) program eligible under Section 8(m) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(m)). Eligibility under the WOSB Federal Contracting Program is determined in accordance with 13 CFR part 127. All documents verifying eligibility must be submitted to the WOSB Program Repository (www.certify.sba.gov) at the time of initial offer in accordance with FAR 19.1503(b)(3). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5M. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1102, contractor must be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov. The objective of this project is to Renovate Bldg 200 North Wing; Project Number TYMX150081, JBSA-Randolph, TX. General Scope of Work: Contractor will provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, and supervision to renovate the north wing of bldg 200 in accordance with drawings provided by the Government. B200 is a one-story structure located within the National Historic District of JBSA-Randolph which is part of the U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park System. The north wing will be renovated to maintain the historic nature of the building, while creating office space for building occupants. Disciplines required will include, but may not be limited to: Division 01, General Requirements; Division 02, Existing Conditions; Division 03, Concrete; Division 07, Thermal and Moisture Protection; Division 08, Openings; Division 09, Finishes; Division 10, Specialties; Division 21, Fire Suppression; Division 23, HVAC; Division 26, Electrical; and Division 27, Communications. The 502D Contracting Squadron, JBSA-Randolph, TX intends to award a contract with a 130 calendar day period of performance. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
