This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Procedures in FAR 13 are being used as the method of procurement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 Effective 12 Jul 2019 and DFARS DPN 20190628. This is being procured under full and open competition under NAICS 811213 with a size standard of $11M. This request for quote is for 24 x 7 maintenance on the Siemens HiPath Dispatch System located on JBSA Ft Sam Houston, TX, and JBSA Lackland, TX, in accordance with the attached performance work statement. The basis for award will be low price and the ability to meet the requirements in the performance work statement and solicitation.
