The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform design, and installation as defined in the statement of work, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. One (1) 6x5 Single Staff Cube with two (2) straight surfaces, steel front flip doors for overhead with locking bins and task light, fabric panels height 42”-48” height tall (size panels according to desk height), no keyboard trays needed, one three drawer cabinet, one two drawer cabinet and two duplex outlets. Six individual 6X6 staff workstations with two (2) straight surfaces, steel front flip doors for overhead with locking bins and task light, fabric panels height 42”-48” height tall (size panels according to desk height), no keyboard trays needed, one three drawer cabinet, one two drawer cabinet and two duplex outlets. In addition, two (2) Freestanding U shaped 6X8 desks with added overhead compartments which will be side by side with a lock with overhead lighting and two (2) added drawers per cube with locks, along with three cabinet drawers with locks for each and two duplex outlets. Each station must have power source to wall. SITE VISIT INFORMATION An organized site visit has been scheduled for-- Aug 19, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) Participants will meet at-- 431 I Street Bldg 738, JBSA-Randolph TX. Meet on I Street (North side of the building) (see RFQ attachment 3 project location) Interested parties must send a base pass request to ericka.mcglone@us.af.mil and paul.kraus.1@us.af.mil NOT LATER THAN 16 Aug 2019 at 4:00 pm CT with the attached installation base access request form (see RFQ Attachment 2, Base Access Request Form), in order to be able to attend the site visit. Offerors are cautioned that JBSA-Randolph has visitor control procedures requiring individuals not affiliated with the installation to obtain a visitor pass prior to entrance. SOME DELAY SHOULD BE ANTICIPATED WHEN OBTAINING BASE ACCESS PASS. NOTE: Post-site visit questions must be received by both ericka.mcglone@us.af.mil and paul.kraus.1@us.af.mil on or before 22 Aug 2019 at 11:00 a.m. CT. All correspondence should reference the solicitation number. No questions will be accepted or considered after 22 Aug 2019 at 11:00 a.m. CT. NOTE: All questions and answers will be posted on FBO. NOTE: Not attending the site visit will not result in an extension of the solicitation closing date and time.
