This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. Solicitation number FA301619QA100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 2. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. 3. The applicable NAICS code is 333924, Industrial Truck, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 Employees. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business set aside. 4. Contract Line Item Number (CLINs), 0001 applies to this requirement. Description: Air Terminal Loading Platform, in accordance with Statement of Work at Attachment 2 and Specifications at Attachment 4. 6. Deliver FOB Destination to Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland TX. Desired delivery date is 45 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Provide proposed delivery date in the quote. The following clauses and/or provisions apply to this acquisition and are continued at Attachment 1. 7. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, in addition to any Addendum applies to this acquisition. 8.
