This is a synopsis of a potential solicitation. Please read the below description: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the renovation of the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and Intercom Voice systems for the Recruit Housing and Training (RH&T), Buildings 9210, 9310, and 9110 located at 1215 Truemper Street, Lackland AFB, TX. The contractor shall facilitate integration between the existing Access Control System (ACS) and Video Management System (VMS) for the purpose of calling up video on the VMS when an actionable event is created within the ACS. The contractor shall update the viewing command room within the Charge of Quarters (CQ) office. This viewing command room will house the monitors, workstations, and controls to allow for automatic popup viewing of motion and door contact signals. The contractor should provide audio alongside internal cameras. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with product manufacturer's recommendations, industry standards and shall meet all State, Federal, and local codes and guidelines.
