This is a requirement for an auto key management system as indicated below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301619QA057 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 and DFARS change notice 20190215. This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 334290 and the size standard is 750 employees. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to the primiary point of contact (POC) below. When submitted questions please use the sample format procided in the attachments. A site visit can be available upon request. For site visits a base pass is required to gain access. Please utilize the pass request format and submit 24 hrs prior or earlier to obtain a pass. Passes can be picked up at the JBSA Lackland Visitor Center. Questions for this RFQ will be accepted until April 3, 2018.
