The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000 NAICS: 238160 Instructions: The contractor shall complete as part of offer and submit the following documents: Section A: SF 1442 with completed Blocks #14, #15, #16, #17, #20a, #20b, #20c, and block #19 if amendments have been issued. An authorized official of the firm must sign the SF 1442. Block #20b. Section B: Complete pricing information CLIN 0001. Section I: Complete appropriate certifications.
