SOLICITATION NOTICE ******THE SITE VISIT LOCATION/MEETING PLACE WILL BE AT THE EAST END OF THE PROJECT AT WILLIAMS RODAD and CORPORAL JOHNSON ROAD.******** * This solicitation is for the previously synopsize Pre-Solicitation notice FA301619BA002. Repair Corporal Johnson Road; Project Number: JBSF170237. This is a construction requirement. The objective of this requirement is for the procurement, and repair of CPL Johnson Rd and Chaffee Rd and proceed east to the intersection of CPL Johnson Rd and Garden Avenue. This project includes demolishing selected damaged curb and gutter, construction of new curb and gutter, subgrade repair including lime stabilization and compaction of subgrade and re-compacting base material, milling of existing asphalt pavement, regrading, filling, shaping, and compaction of road base material, installation of new precast curb inlets, 3-inch thick overlay of new asphalt pavement for the majority of the pavement in the project and 2-inch thickness overlay of new asphalt pavement for the rest of the pavement, painting Fire Lane curb, and re-establishment of pavement markings. The location of work will be on Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
