Amendment 3 1. The purpose of this Amendment is to apply the following: a. Extend the quote deadline to 5:00pm CST, Thursday September 3, 2020. b. Extend questions pertaining to the RFQ and questions resulting from the Site Visit to 12:00pm CST, Monday August 31, 2020. 2. A signed copy of this amendment (0003) which is located in the Attachment/Links tab, shall be submitted with quotes. All other terms and conditions as set by Amendment 002, posted August 21, 2020, Amendment 0001, posted August 13, 2020, and RFQ, posted August 6, 2020 remain unchanged. Hello, The Department of the Air Force has a requirement to purchase furniture for workstation modification. The following characteristic are needed to support the cusomter and will be solicited as such: The new furniture being added must be AIS Matrix manufature to be compatable with current furniture in place. The solicitation number is FA30160U0199 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 337214 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This is a requirement for delivery and installation of furniture (AIS Matrix) for three rooms located at building 2028, JBSA- Lackland, TX. Please respond to this RFQ(attached) by emailing response to: Mr. Doralo Fuller: doralo.fuller@us.af.mil and Ms. Karen DeLorenzo at karen.delorenzo@us.af.mil no later than 5:00 pm CST, Thursday, 3 Setptember 2020 (sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Site Visit for this requirement will be held on Wednesday, 12 August 2020, 9:00 am, CST. Only one representative for each vendor is allowed to attend due to COVID-19 restrictions. Vendors are require to have their temperature checked and wear a mask while inside the facility. All contractors who plan to attend must register for the site visit before 3:00 pm CST on Monday, 10 August 2020. All questions pertaining to the RFQ and questions resulting from the Site Visit shall be submitted by 31 August 2020, 12:00 noon, CST to Mr. Doralo Fuller. Please refer to the attached Admendments 1, 2, 3 and RFQ for further details.
