CST** *SITE VISIT THURSDAY MAY 13, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. SEE RFQ FOR MORE DETAILS* This is a nonpersonnel services-only requirement. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, supervision, and labor necessary for the subject work described within the Statement of Work (SOW). The work includes the hazardous material abatement, demolition and removal of property improvements, and cleanup of multiple properties within the clear zone of the JBSA-Randolph airfield runways. The properties include but are not limited to one (1) rural tract with mobile home, sheds, two (2) water wells, and two (2) undeveloped parcels with debris. Upon completion of demolition and clean-up, the properties shall be returned to a natural vegetated state and ready for mowing equipment.
