See Attachment 5 Questions for RFQ Amendment. Replace the existing bad boiler tubes, clean tube sheets, and install new gaskets for a Hurst boiler mod# 545-G-75-30W; reassemble and hydro test unit when complete. See attached Statement of Work for further details. NOTE 1: There will be a site visit on 14 January 2020 at 09:00 a.m. CST. See attached RFQ, paragraph 6 for Site Visit details.
