The following verbage was changed on page 2 Paragraph 7 - Delivery and Assembly: On being awarded to a contractor, before delivering the requirement, samples need to be submitted. One chair, bunk bed, and wall locker needs to be sent for initial inspection. On approval of the requirement, the contractor can start the delivery and assembly process. All delivery, assembly and installation will be performed IAW the Statement of Work. See Attachment 1 - Statement of Work 737 TRG DORM FURNITURE dated 2 July 2020. The requirement is for the 737 Training Group (TRG) dorm facilities at JBSA-Lackland San Antonio, TX. This requirement is for a brand name or equal for wall lockers, chairs, bunk beds, delivery, installation, and disposal of delivery excess in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 2 July 2020. Additionally, the requirement must meet the specifications outlined in the following documents: Attachment 2 Wall Locker Specs and Drawings Attachment 3 H-Frame Chair Sailent Characterisitics and Drawing Attachment 4 Bunk Bed Frame Specifications This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation will close on 30 July 2020 at 12:00pm CST. If you have questions regarding this solicitation, fill out the Question and Answers document that is provided and submit them to Contract Specialst, Lance Watters, Email: lance.watters.1@us.af.mil . Questions will be answered and posted for all interested vendors to better provide a quote. Questions will no longer be accepted after 23 July 2020 at 12:00pm CST. Review the Statement of Work that is provided. Packages will be evaluated on the entire requirement that's being solicited. Partial submissions will be deemed unacceptable. For a site visit, refer to the solicitation on page 2 - paragraph 8 for guidance. A site visit is not required but can be scheduled. Site visits will no longer be available after 22 July 2020.
