The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to construct and compact a Crushed Granite Base parking lot, minimum 2 inches thickness, at the Outdoor Recreation Center (ORC), JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. All work shall comply with all local, State and Federal laws and regulations, and applicable code requirements.
