This is a proposed acquisition for ICU Beds and Mattresses to be delivered to Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi 39534. The solicitation will be posted on the contract opportunities website https://sam.gov/ on or about 27 December 2023. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 339113 and the size standard is 800 employees. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price contract as result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from SAM since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD Agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://sam.gov/content/home. Any interested party may submit a proposal which will be considered by this organization. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received on or before the offer due date specified on the solicitation/RFQ will be considered by the government.

This is NOT a solicitation, but market research to determine potential sources for the procurement of ten (10) ICU Beds and Mattresses. The required ICU Beds and Mattresses must have the characteristics outlined in the Salient Characteristics. This notice does not constitute a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Further, we are not at this time seeking proposals; therefore, DO NOT request a copy of a solicitation or submit a proposal as a result of this notice. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this sources sought and that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the responding party's expense. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, should one be issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise from a response to the notice.
