Keesler Air Force Base, MS, requires telecommunication services under a Performance Work Statement, and an organized site visit will be held on 07 October 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CDT at Building 2801, 712 Gen Chappie James Ave, Keesler AFB, MS 39534. Participation is limited to no more than two representatives per company. Attendees must have a base pass, REAL ID-compliant identification, and, if driving, vehicle registration and proof of insurance; those without current base access must obtain a pass from the Keesler AFB visitor center at the Division Street Gate. Full attendee names must be emailed in advance to Stacey Zawalski and Priscilla Brown, and participants should arrive at the visitor center at least two hours early due to average wait times of 45 to 90 minutes. The visitor center is least busy between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. CDT, and participants should get passes early to avoid delaying the site visit start.
