This acquisition is being issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for 14 August 2025 at 08:00 AM CDT. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Questions related to the site visit are due by Monday, August 18 2025 by 09:00 AM. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace four air-handling units located within the mechanical rooms of Azalea Dining Facility, B6960, at Keesler AFB, MS as specified in the Statement of Work, Specifications, and as shown in the drawings. This acquisition will be conducted as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside, utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Procedures. Interested SDVOSB sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The size standard is $19.0 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is N041. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable) will tentatively be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 07 August 2025 with a tentative closing date of 08 September 2025. The contract performance period will be 154 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
