The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, supervision and materials necessary to provide building air system assessments, mold sanitization cleaning (of ductwork, terminals, VAV boxes & AHUs) analyses, cooling coil & reheat coil inspections, and air systems balance testing in Trent Lott Hall, B2603, for Keesler AFB. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and applicable contract document and is subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition will be conducted as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Small Business Set-Aside, utilizing Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Interested SDVOSB sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The size standard is $19 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is J041.
