Clarification for Specific Quote Instructions: 1. Volume I – Price Quote: The vendor shall submit a price with its quote in accordance with Attachment 1, IDIQ PWS. The pricing quoted on Attachment 3, Price List will establish IDIQ pricing, which is directly applicable for the Seed Project and all future task orders to follow. Do not provide a price list solely for the Seed Project, as the Seed Project’s prices shall reference IDIQ price list items. The quote will be deemed unacceptable if the price list is solely for the Seed Project. 2. Volume II – Technical: The vendor shall submit a technical volume that addresses each subfactor listed. Note that each subfactor corresponds to a specific attachment, either Attachment 1, the IDIQ PWS or Attachment 2, the Seed Project PWS. Unless you already have base access i.e. retired military ID card or have a current badge/ pass due to an ongoing contract held on Keesler AFB, a pass must be obtained from the Keesler AFB visitor center. Participation is limited to NO MORE THAN 2 representatives from a company. An email containing the full name (as it appears on their REAL identification card) of each site visit attendee must be sent to stacey.zawalski@us.af.mil seven (7) days prior to the scheduled site visit. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a form of REAL ID-compliant identification, and if driving, a vehicle registration and vehicle insurance document. Participants may pick up their pass from the Visitors Center at the Division Street Gate entrance to Keesler AFB at least 2 hours before the site visit is scheduled. Visitors Center hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 0600 -1700, Friday 0600 - 1600. It is highly recommended to arrive at the visitor center AT LEAST 2 hours before the scheduled start time of the site visit as the average wait times at the visitor center can range from 45 - 90 minutes. The Visitor Center is normally the least busy between the hours of 0600 -0900.Please plan to get your base pass early, as we do not want to delay the site visit start time due to waiting on participants to get their pass. Participants will meet in Bldg. 4605 on the specified date and time of the scheduled site visit.
