This notice serves to announce the intent of the 81st Contracting Squadron to issue a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for Test Center Administrators in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement dated 28 June 2024 at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi 39534. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 611710 and the size standard is $24 Million. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price requirements contract as result of the solicitation using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.5. The solicitation may be downloaded SAM.gov, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at SAM.gov. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor the website for any postings and/or solicitation changes, amendments and closing date. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available and no verbal responses to this synopsis will be accepted. The solicitation will be posted on or about 26 Jul 24.
