In accordance with the information listed on the solicitation, the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date of the solicitation. 81 CONS may choose to re-solicit the subject requirement at a later date if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. This acquisition is being issued as a total small business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Monday, August 12, 2024 at 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time, In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
