In accordnace with the information listed on the solicitation, the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date of the solicitation. 81 CONS may choose to re-solicit the subject requirement at a later date if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Industry is encouraged to monitor SAM.gov for any future annoucnements for the subject project or for any other Federal contracting opportunities. The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, supervision and materials necessary to provide building air system assessments, mold sanitization cleaning (of ductwork, terminals, VAV boxes & AHUs) analyses, cooling coil & reheat coil inspections, and air systems balance testing in Trent Lott Hall, B2603, for Keesler AFB. All work is to be performed in accordance with the project Statement of Work, Drawings, and Specifications, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition will be conducted as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business Set-Aside, utilizing Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Interested HUBZone sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The size standard is $19 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is J041. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,00.00.
